Hunter Burcaw?s Eagle Scout Project

What is the project?

I have taken on the challenge of building a meditation garden at St. Paul?s Episcopal Church. The garden will encompass the Labyrinth that was recently built. This garden will be a memorial to a church member who passed recently. The garden will be a monumental feat to accomplish. I hope to see you out there to help.

How can you help?
May 9th
?       Friday after school I would like older scouts (8th grade and up)
?       We will start at 3:30PM
?       Please bring a shovel if you have one
?       The goal of this day is to get the detailed work done such as placing edging stone around the future flower beds and laying down weed protection
?       We will also be putting down crushed granite for the two seating areas

May 10th
?       Saturday will be for all scouts young and old
?       We will start at 9AM
?       Lunch will be provided
?       Please bring shovels & rakes
?       The goal of this day is to move all the soil into the beds and plant the roses and assorted foliage
?       We will also be putting down mulch to make the garden look great
